Worst dental experience I've ever had. I came in as a new patient for a simple cracked filling. The provider never introduced herself, sat and talked about unrelated personal topics for over 15 minutes, and became so distracted that another staff member had to come in and remind her that I hadn't even been numbed yet. At that point, everything felt rushed. Dr. Kimberly Thomas just restored my two front teeth and they look fantastic. I am so pleased with the results and have a much better smile now. Thank you Dr. Thomas for doing such a wonderful job. I would recommend her to anyone needing dental care. I’ll be back for more at some point!😁
Just wanted to drop a note of thanks and appreciation to Dr Smith and staff. I went in for my cleaning and then followed up for a filling!! Melinda was great for the clean - very professional but super friendly!! Dr Smith and Nikki knocked out the filling in a gentle and timely manner- super easy!! Best dental office I have ever been too!! Many thanks!!
I don't see any reviews of Dr. Thomas on here, so I'm changing that. Dr. Thomas is exceptional. I've always had harsh dentists and she is incredibly gentle and understanding and cares about how your teeth look and feel, not just if the problem is fixed. If you can't see Dr. Smith, Dr. Thomas is just as wonderful.
