Dr. Tristen Smith was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond for me. The environment there was very warm and bright. And the staff was friendly (especially her D.A. Kaitlin). Ten stars!
I just love Dr. Smith she is a very great dentist. She goes way and beyond for her patients she makes me feel like family instead one of her patients because she cares about people and what she is meant to do for them . I love her staff they are a very caring staff here …
Blue Dog Family Dentistry is Amazing! I have severe dental anxiety, which causes extreme panic attacks in the dental chair. The dentists, hygienists and front desk staff at Blue Dog have been more than accommodating, which has helped get me back into a dental office. I had a cavity refilled today, and Dr Thomas and Donovan could not have made the process any calmer. They were kind and funny, taking my mind off of the filling. Not thorough and a bit pricier. Will cancel your appointment day of to appease other patients. *correct its not in my name its in my child's name. Day was requested off for the appointment and was told the night before it would be canceled because we did not confirm. Busy schedules and lots of junk texts cause use to ignore some messages especially when they appear as spam. Never received an actual call. Most communication for them came from texts.
