Absolutely fabulous service from this company. From scheduling to finish, all the service I received was efficient and friendly. Blue Diamond Air Conditioning and Heating Repair tech came out and thoroughly assessed my issues. He was honest about what was truly needed at this time (considering my limited budget). He also gave me great advice and suggestions for what I could do to prevent further damage until I have the budget to remodel the bathroom. Blue Diamond Air Conditioning and Heating Repair installed my original ac unit many years ago, and when it needed replacing I got them to supply and fit the replacement units. I have a maintenance contract with them and they visit twice a year for a service. I've always been happy with the service, the engineers are prompt and friendly.

Asked this company to install an air-conditioner in our restaurant after they serviced another unit at one of our other properties. Found them easy to deal with and they gave us good advice. We definitely will be using them again for all future properties.

I have used Blue Diamond Air Conditioning and Heating Repair numerous times in the last year, both at home and at our rental property. Every time we’ve had to call (most has been after-hours calls) everyone has been very prompt, friendly, and helpful.

Outstanding. Blue Diamond Air Conditioning and Heating Repair tech was very thorough, professional & courteous. This was the second time I used this company for our AC system and in both cases, we were very pleased with the two tech's that gave us great service and we will definitely call again.
