I came in just for a quick neck cleanup, which took under 10 minutes. I wasn’t told there was a $28 minimum charge until after the service. The pricing was posted on the wall, but as a first-time customer, I would’ve appreciated someone letting me know before starting. Other local shops charge far less for the same service. Disappointed with the lack of upfront communication—won’t be returning.

I absolutely love this salon and highly recommend it! The shop is impeccably clean, and the owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their prices are very reasonable, especially considering they use top-brand products that you can trust.
