Went to Dr sova for my dog Riley and got a voicemail the next day that I wasnt charged for a fecal sample that would have to be sent out and he told me to call back if I didnt want it sent out and no charge would be implemented I then called the Drs office to see what this was about and I spoke to a very rude girl telling me even if it wasnt sent out i would have to pay for it anyway i asked what do you mean and she had no answer?????? NOTE the fecal sample was not on my bill ,it was there mistake and still looking for there... read more
I have to say this place was wonderful they took such good care of my little Daisy !!!! She had surgery and I was so worried .. Staff is wonderful especially Rich and Adalina !!!! Both Dr Sova and DrSova jr did a great job with my dog !!! They are amazing very happy patient !!!!�� god bless them love them!!���
I've been going to Blue Cross Dog and Cat Hospital since 1982. I feel like family every time my cat and I visit. Dr. Sova and his staff are very professional and friendly. All my cats have been going regularly for check-ups, grooming and teeth cleaning. They always treat my cat with compassion and do a wonderful job. When my cat is sick, I trust Dr. Sova's diagnosis and treatment plan. When people ask me who is my cat's vet, I highly recommend this office.
I have been going here with my dogs for over 20 years... They are so experienced, knowledgable! Their fees are also so reasonable and I never feel like I've been ripped off when I leave there! We are so happy to have them care for our fur babies! Thank you!
