I had a really pleasant experience at my appointment today. The reception team was polite, friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. I was seen by Yasmin, who was amazing. She took her time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently and made sure I felt completely comfortable and informed. I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction and was extremely nervous before the appointment. The dentist immediately helped calm me down by talking with me and lightening the mood, which really helped me relax. The whole procedure was incredibly quick and smooth. OMG! Amazing experience start to finish. My Mum’s local dentist referred her to Blue Cross. The gentleman on the front desk was great to deal with and coordinated the referral swiftly, they stayed late to fit her in the same day - Dr Rafath Affarka was brilliant and dealt with a tricky extraction with no problems at all and my Mum was sorted in 15mins! Highly recommend!!
My dentist Dr Rafath is fantastic and I am extremely happy with the service here. I had the EMS clean for the first time today and OMG what an amazing experience compared to a regular scale and polish. I highly recommend this dental practice. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The best dental staff you can find only here at Blue Cross.
