Horrible customer service! I was only hold for over 20 minutes finally a representative took my call just to put me on hold again! I literally only called to ask if a dentist is in network! How can this take so long!!! Why did she take my info and then ask if I mind to be put on an extended hold time?! Seriously!
The representatives are rude and are uninformed about the policies. They sign you on plans without your approval or permission. It should be illegal. They should be sued.
Garbage insurance company. Don't use them, coverage is a joke
