Please fix your payment system. I was grateful to have insurance, however your billing system is a joke. We went 3 months without being charged anything or anyone telling us that we owed them money. Then they took all the money out at the same time without telling us. Set up the automatic payment again and then somehow it got messed up again and we received letters we owed them money. Scam definitely not the right number
One phone call helped me see why such a big organization could receive such low ratings. I called to ask about insurance but never got the chance to explain the reason for my call. I was only asked if I had Medicaid and if I wanted to receive Medicaid. I replied with a simple "no", hoping for more options to understand the nature of my call, instead, I was told that they could not be of further assistance and they hung up! Called to report receiving mail to my address, but for two people who are not us. Had my correct address too. Sorry Ryan and Jennifer. Once connected they asked me if I wanted health insurance to which I replied “no”. They immediately hung up on me. Fantastic customer service. Bravo.
