Worst Insurance possible. My company from Ohio switched to crap Insurance, that pays practically nothing. I pay,(HSA) over a 480 a month and still have $4,500 deductible. I have a 90 day supply of blood pressure medicine after the deductible is meet. It's 100 every 90 days good RX is 30 dollars.
RUN. If I could give zero stars I would. They repeatedly deny NECESSARY things I need while my quality of life continues to go down each year. What do we pay in for? They are hands down the worst in the business.
They are not reachable and their phone numbers, IVR, website all are useless.
