Blue cross waited 15 days during my benefit period to get back to my doctor on denying a procedure and now I can't change insurance companies. Blue cross will not approve a safer less invasive procedure that All three insurance carriers have approved. They would rather me get use an old procedure where I get cut into with scar tissue and long lasting side effects. When did they become the doctor? Never get blue cross!!
