The staff was extremely accommodating for an urgent health issue with our cat. They took him in before close, did X-rays and treated him all in an hour, called our regular vet and set up a follow up with them the next day. Extremely friendly and helpful during a very stressful moment for us.

Dr. David Costello & his staff went above and beyond for my cat Lux. My regular vet being closed on a Saturday, I reached out to Blue Cross with concerns about my cat. The staff was so gentle and caring to both me and Lux, got us in right away and were very prompt with assisting us. Dr. Costello is extremely knowledgeable, honest and kind. I am extremely thankful for the team here - and will continue to use them for any emergencies. Blue Cross animal hospital is the most caring vet I’ve ever been too. Our cat has an ongoing chronic issue and all the staff, vet techs and office admin have been so wonderful and supportive. Special shout out to our vet, Dr Costello for always taking such good care of our boy!
The entire team is incredibly kind, warm, and friendly, making every visit a positive experience.
