Do not bring your pet here for an emergency. Yes they were busy but our dog was in respiratory distress and should have been seen immediately. Instead we had to wait 40 minutes and our beloved dog died on the table. No, he couldn't have been saved but he could've had a more dignified death assisted by the Doctor (which we repeatedly asked for) instead of gasping and dying a slow death. Not one person showed compassion or even basic veterinary skills. Completely disgusted and shocked by the lack of care.
