I've debated leaving a review about my experience at Blue Cross Animal Hospital, but I think it's important for people to be aware of a couple of the issues that I faced as a new dog owner. I adopted a dog from LMAS and was looking for a veterinarian I could trust. my cat Zoe was getting sick today and I do not have a normal but that I take my cat's to because they haven't needed any medical attention. At this place everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable! I believe that I will continue to come here.

My dog is a carin terrier and was taken to get teeth cleaned. We took him there at ten and picked him up at five. We received a call saying only half of his teeth had been cleaned. They said he woke up! We paid over $100 and was told we could bring him back and they would clean the other side free. We were also told the dog pooped in his crate.
