I love Blue Creek Endo! The staff has been more than friendly and very knowledgeable. They help everyone feel welcome and at ease. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I was extremely impressed! They got me in quickly for my initial consult and were very friendly right from the get go. When it came time to do the actual root canal I was quite nervous, but everyone in the office made a point to make me as comfortable as possible. Dr Eaton explained everything he was doing throughout the procedure and I was actually able to relax.. and I never relax during dental procedures!! I am always waiting for the tinge of pain to hit. I was so nervous about having a root canal procedure done because I had heard so many horror stories. None of them were true. My procedure was less uncomfortable than other dental work I've had done, and I virtually had no pain. Dr Eaton explained the procedure in great detail and talked me through the entire thing. From check in to departure, this team makes you feel relaxed, comfortable and safe.
I was very upset that my daughter had to hav a root canal as she has special needs. Dr. Eaton was so kind to call me and talk to me prior to the appointment. He listened to me and calmed all my fears and promised to help her as much as he could. During the appointment he kep his promise. They made he very comfortable and kept her calm. I was going in for a consult prior to having a stem cell transplant to make sure I didn't need any major work done or infections any where. By far the best experience I have ever had getting my teeth worked on. Dr Eaton explained, in detail, my xrays, and the good news was I didn't need any work done. If I ever do need work done in the future, I will be coming back to him. Staff was awesome. Treated me like family.
So I'm terrified of anything dental related. This was the best experience ever. Thank you so much for being awesome at what you do. I'm so happy I came here and would recommend Dr Eaton and his staff to anyone.
Dr Eaton and his Staff were caring, kind and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work.
