Service bays are always clean and everything is in working order. When we use the drive thru the folks are friendly and thorough.
Loved them at first, the employees were always awesome. But my moms car got scratched up after visiting them, and the manager denied even any POSSIBILITY of responsibility and gave the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Was thinking of getting a membership for myself but I'll never go back.
Wonderful customer service from everybody. Took the time to help me take my bike rack off. I had forgotten to before going through and when they had to stop the car wash, they weren't rude or anything about it. They also sent me through a second time because I had so many dead bugs built up from my 3 week road trip. I did not go there often before, but I will definitely be going back more.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Damaged my paint on my 2017 car and they could care less����
