I’ve been charged double for my subscription every month for several months. I’ve called to get this fixed several times, but no one ever answers. I’ve left voicemails and sent messages via the website, but the issue still has not been fixed. The car washes are great, but the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
make sure that the person wipeing down the car has a clean rag. i have 2 large scratches on my hood where the gal dried off my car. I think I preferred the dirt over scratching my paint !
I have been using this car wash for the last 3 years and generally have like it. But it seems to have gone steadily downhill, culminating in today's wash. I bought the most expensive $20 "The Kitchen Sink" and came home with still filthy dirty wheels and kick panels all around the car. Kids are great but they are not pre-scrubbing like they used to. There is no management visibility at all. Also, vacuum attachments are falling apart and/or losing pressure (free vacuum is great). But... I'm shopping. There are alternatives.

Mount Vernon location took care of us today by making sure our SUV was bug free after our road trip covered the entire front of our SUV. The first wash did not remove all the bugs and they gave us a complimentary 2nd time wash to get the rest of the bugs off. Always a good experience at this car wash. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
