After reading several recent reviews on this place, I know I made the right decision on not purchasing an RV from there. I walked in with a 102k cashiers check made out to them and walked out due to a high level of unprofessionalism and incompetence. Prior to signing the contract, I noticed some cracking in the paint on the exterior door of a 2027 Grand Design 31ZW. We had already agreed on a sales price of 281k with the upgraded 35 package.
