Blue Collar Inc is simple and direct. I wouldn't call Blue Collar the most friendly, but not rude. I went to apply with 3 of my friends, and 2 of us were sent out on an assignment. I have been working there over 6 months and am now being hired directly. What i like about Blue Collar is that they did not waste my time or my friends. Two of my friends did not meet there requirements and were told. My other friend and I were sent out within the first week. What else do you want from an agency? Staff needs a lesson in phone communications, rude!!! They have the rudest staff very unprofessional. Do not have any customer service skills at all. Staff who answers the phone should realize their attitude reflects that company. They did not have any telecommunication skills, just the way they respond and answer questions over the phone. Makes you feel like you shouldn't even work for their agency. No positve energy at all.

work If you are unemployeed this is the place to go. Some of the staff there are not very friendly but there is nothing you can do about that. It does not matter anyway as long as they get you a job. Sometimes the jobs that tbey find for you are not the greatest jobs in the world but if it pays the bills why not?
