I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and reliability shown by Blue Collar American Roofing. My sister, who is disabled, on 24/7 oxygen, and living on a strict fixed income, experienced a severe roof leak. The owner personally committed to coming out the next day to temporarily tarp/seal the roof to prevent further damage while helping secure funding for full repairs. As a roofer myself, I am very picky about who I let work on my property. The crew showed up on time, kept the yard clean and finished quickly. The price was by far the best too. Thank you!!!!
BC American Roofing did a full reroof for us in March 2024, and we had leaks within months. Each “repair” made things worse—stucco damage, sloppy flashing, and repeated leaks. Poor workmanship and zero accountability—avoid this company. *Edited in response to owner’s reply: we refused to let his company come out to do anymore repairs after the third failed repair only caused additional damage (pictured).
