Bought a 8 person Hot Springs tub from him last year,he told me he would come fix it if I had any issues after I bought it because nobody wants to service them locally,one of my bubble jets stopped working because the tube came unglued about 3 months after it was delivered and it's been almost 8 months since I contacted him about the issue and still can't use the jets in the tub because he won't come take care of the issue, so I basically have a 104ﾟ bathtub on my front deck
