We've always enjoyed our meals at Blue Coast Cookeville, TN. Last night was no exception. When we arrived two young girls waited on us but it seemed they were short of help. Shortly after I was paying for our meal I overheard one of the girls Thank another girl for coming in to assist them. By the time we left there was plenty of help and five girls were behind the counter. Our meals were as good as we expexted. Since we live an hours drive away from this restaurant we try to visit them when we are in town.

tonight was the worst $46 I ever spent at a restaurant.
Great casual dining. Fantastic choice of veggie or meat meals. Superbly trained, and professional staff. Always clean, and always well stocked with necessities like napkins, salsa, flatware etc. One of our favorite places to eat lunch when in Cookeville, TN. Thanks Brian and staff.
