The room was great. We were missing shampoo and conditioner. Also, more so on the smoking floors, there is a strong odor of Mary Jane. You could swear there was a plant growing in our room on our previous visit. But this seems to be a common trend in all hotels I've stayed in the past few years. Also, no microwave, only a mini fridge and coffee maker.

We stayed in the Spa Tower in mid April on a Thursday night. Check in signage on the drive in is terrible, we walked a lot but the counter attendant was nice and took care of us. The room was nice, but not as nice as what we paid for. Super cheap coffee maker, leaky shower (they just remodeled this building), and the kicker was the screaming of children next door at 11pm. Overall experience was okay, nothing horrible but not off the charts excellent either. Valet Service did not explain the process so waited 25 for a vehicle that you call from a kiosk my security. The front desk staff on arrival was horrible. She was very rude about the time and then referred me to the self help kiosk for checking in. The steakhouse was excellent if you’re looking for nice meal. The casino is very small compared to other Boyd properties.
