Overall experience was okay, nothing horrible but not off the charts excellent either. Valet Service did not explain the process so waited 25 for a vehicle that you call from a kiosk my security. The front desk staff on arrival was horrible. She was very rude about the time and then referred me to the self help kiosk for checking in. The steakhouse was excellent if you’re looking for nice meal. The casino is very small compared to other Boyd properties. Clean rooms and nice hotel. My only complaint is being able to smell the smoke, even if you aren't in the casino.
