Draconian rules make it feel more like living in a penal colony than a nice neighborhood.
The worse HOA ever. I have been trying to get a hold of Mrs Giron or anyone to talk to about our dues and to find out why my neighbor has a broke down moldy vehicle parked in her driveway for 5 yrs. She now has another broke down vehicle (van) parked on the side of the road infront of her house. This HOA are obviously not doing what they are suppose to be doing.
The landscaping for our park was over $10000.00 and nothing to show it was worked on. Caravans are parked on driveway's for months at a time. Not sure if they do anything for our home owners that are following the rules. Foxbury in Graham
