RecommendedPrompt and effective help the day before Thanksgiving (thank you so much!), willing and able to answer questions on site, honest diagnosis of the problem and very reasonable price for the services rendered, with helpful information and guidance during the process as well as follow up information for extended care of the issue instead of a sales pitch. Helped us in an emergency and was very happy with the way the technician handled it.
Kathy on the phones was extremely helpful with scheduling and getting Mike out to the house to help out.Once Mike got to the house, he was extremely professional and friendly. He worked diligently and was extremely considerate of our space and ensuring that he contained the mess from our sewage drain to the room it was in. He explained what he was doing, fixed it quickly and was on his way.I will absolutely call Blue Chip again for any future plumbing needs.
The service was prompt; they arrived about an hour or so after I called. The technician Tyler was very friendly and courteous, and did a great job fixing my pipes. I highly recommend Blue Chip Plumbing!
