Very very poor customer service and the place look nice in picture but when you come is a very ghetto
Don't live at the alliance if you can help it among other things they are bad at managing and the facility they are slow at repairing problems and to top that off my roommate got towed from the alliance even though he had a decal because they had issued us expired decals okay
I have been living here for a year now, and I have to say that they have really been improving this place. Since the new management has taken over I haven't had many problems and when i do, they are excellent at getting my issues handled. I would definitely recommend this place for college student on a tight budget.
This place is unsafe. There are several shootings and poor management. My unit was shot up by a stray bullet one night and someone was shot as well. The management is very unprofessional and patronizing. My apartment was filthy when I moved in. What they show you on tour is absolutely not what you get when you move in. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! THEY'RE CHEAP BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. YOU GET RANDOM CHARGES ON YOUR BILL EVERY MONTH NO EXAGGERATION. ON TOP OF THAT WE HAVE SEEN U.S.MARSHALL OUT HERE. AND WE SEE POLICE ON THE REGULAR. AND GOOD LUCK WITH FINDING PARKING. VISITORS PARKING THEY CHARGE FOR. PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SET UP RESIDENCE.
