Blue burro is my go to for lunch at least twice a week. My favorite is their surf and turf burrito with a side of french fries. Their beef rolled tacos are also an excellent choice
The supervisor is pretty cool guy. Very patient. Food is good too. Miss the blue horchata tho
My burrito, while tasty, had very little in it - no beans or rice, just meat and guacamole? We weren't asked if we wanted any but it says it was supposed to come with it. The bowl was tasty, but the plain cheese quesadilla somehow wasn't, and at the end of the day it's just not worth $70 for a small burrito, burrito bowl and cheese quesadilla, particularly when they're small enough not to leave leftovers.
