The service is really truly terrible at this location. Multiple bad experiences with staff being rude. Just this morning we showed up 20 minutes after the location was supposed to open and multiple staff inside watched a line form outside and ignored everyone until they eventually gave up and left. We ended up just going to the SOMA location and the staff there are very friendly and even opened early for us! I'd recommend the short walk over.
