Well it’s always good.
I placed an online order today for food and a latte. While I was waiting inside the store, I noticed a couple of issues. First, I had my food already on the table, but my drink took much longer to come out. Meanwhile, another customer who was still in line received their drink immediately, even though I had already been waiting for around 10 minutes. Second, I observed staff handling the cups by placing their hands very close to the rim—exactly where customers put their mouths to drink. This raises serious hygiene concerns. ... read more
The iced Nola is one of my favorite coffee beverages. Very yummy.
I stopped in around 8:15 and ordered a large latte, extra hot, regular milk, using my own cup. The drink was handed to me not extra hot. When I asked for a remake, the barista poured out part of the latte and topped it with hotter milk instead of making a new one. That changed the taste and ratio, and it still wasn’t what I ordered. Quick reminder to staff to respect customers’ preferences.
