I placed an online order today for food and a latte. While I was waiting inside the store, I noticed a couple of issues. First, I had my food already on the table, but my drink took much longer to come out. Meanwhile, another customer who was still in line received their drink immediately, even though I had already been waiting for around 10 minutes. The iced Nola is one of my favorite coffee beverages. Very yummy.
I stopped in around 8:15 and ordered a large latte, extra hot, regular milk, using my own cup. The drink was handed to me not extra hot. When I asked for a remake, the barista poured out part of the latte and topped it with hotter milk instead of making a new one. That changed the taste and ratio, and it still wasn’t what I ordered. Quick reminder to staff to respect customers’ preferences.
Great coffee, great service- not sure why the inside of this place smells like piss though. I’ve been coming here all week and every time- piss smell. Is this all the time? Seasonal?
