Quite terrible. Ridiculously overpriced, even by “stereotypical SF professional cafe” standards. Tea is ok flavor wise, but nothing better than what you can make at home with some slightly-better-than average tea bags, which for $7 it’s a complete scam. The ambience is completely mediocre and the service is bare-minimum. I don’t understand what the value proposition here is or who thinks this deserves anything more than the lowest review score. Stopped by Blue Bottle in SF and had a cappuccino that really hit the spot. The espresso was smooth with a nice depth, and the milk was perfectly textured — creamy without being too heavy. The space itself has that clean, modern Blue Bottle vibe, great for a quick coffee break or to sit and recharge. It’s a busy spot during the workday rush, but the quality is consistent and worth it. A solid go-to if you’re in the Financial District and need a well-made cappuccino.
