One cup of black coffee and a croissant cost $11.73. For that, I got tables so wobbly that $2 worth of my coffee immediately sloshed on the floor, and guest wifi so spotty that I had to reconnect three times per email. The cavernous, badly decorated space is a real missed opportunity. God, I miss Borders bookstore.
This place is one of the coolest coffee shops I've been to. It's the interior of an old theater that's in the process of being renovated. The atrium has been taken over by Blue Bottle and it's a really attractive blend of classic architecture with modern furnishings. I wish I could give this place 5 stars but holy moly is the wifi terrible. It's 2025 and this is the nicest coffee shop in Palo Alto in the heart of Silicon Valley so I feel like there's no excuse for terrible wifi.
