I am super impressed! Not only did they do an exceptional job, they emailed me updates throughout the process with pictures of my car. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful and answered all of my questions. Plus they left a coffee cup and some other goodies in my car for me. Not that I plan on needing them again but if we do we will continue to take all of our vehicles there!
We've had our vehicles in here for collision repairs & just to spruce up the old truck with new paint. Delane and gang will treat you right, they're "Great!"
Friendly staff as soon as you walk in. They actually joke around and BS with you instead of being strictly business. After starting my repairs they came across something else they missed during the initial estimate and fixed it for me, along with sending an email with pictures explaining. Jen, the woman who assisted me most through this process is a doll. I will absolutely recommend Blue Body to anyone who is looking for auto repair and I will for sure go back to them in the future.
To start off, I cannot brag enough about Blue Body & Paint in Lockwood!! They are an absolutely amazing company with amazing staff!! Dropped my car off to them for massive hail damage done to my mustang from last year. They had to repaint most of my car cause most of it had to be pulled off and pushed out and completely redone.
