Great townhomes in a great neighborhood. I’ve lived in Blue Bell Villas for 4 years and couldn’t be happier. My 2 bedroom is comfortable and well laid out. The maintenance is excellent, quick and efficient. All the employees are professional and pleasant. Bring your nice doggie to our dog park!

Egregious yearly rent increases Mostly decent place to live, the HVAC system is incapable of keeping the upstairs cold in the summer which wasn’t great. Real issue is %10-%15 rent incenses every year
I didn’t get what I paid for Lots of maintenance issue. I didn’t live in peace when i was renting the unit. The problems appeared after just two weeks of residing in the unit. Leaks from the bathroom on the upper floor has been an issue for a non-reasonable duration of time. I can tell its not a good place to work from home. So much noise and people coming in and out to fix the problem. Windows were not made well, the first floor was covered of water when it rained heavy- this happened twice. RecommendedWe recently stayed at Blue Bell Villas for about a month. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities were incredible and well maintained. The neighbors were super nice. I was very surprised how much closet space the villa had and how efficient the floor plan was. If you like the outdoors this is a very nice option! Tennis courts, outdoor lounge, barbeque area, pool, dog park, walk ways and the landscaping is really beautiful!

My husband, dog, and I moved to Blue Bell Villas a few months ago and absolutely love it. It’s beautiful here with great amenities and most importantly a competent, friendly staff. I especially have to call out all the girls in the leasing office. They have been so accommodating. Anytime we have a problem we can go to them and they resolve it quickly and efficiently. Blue Bell Villas has been a great place for me, my children, and my part-time dog to live for the past almost 3 years. They keep the complex beautiful, has wonderful amenities, is in the Wissahickon School District, and I have felt completely safe during my tenure here. Nice, peaceful, quiet and safe neighborhood. Very helpful staff. Shout out to: Jane - goes out of the way to make sure our needs are taken care off; even if that means staying late at night. Chris - makes sure that everyone feels welcome at breakfast. She will listen and try to help you even if she is busy arranging breakfast for everyone. I really enjoyed my time here - thanks to the wonderful team at Blue Bell Villas
Wonderful place! I loved it there and still miss it, friendly and helpful staff. Caitlyn goes above and beyond to help the residents. The best School District in the area, fitness options, lovely pool area and they also have social events that help you feeling welcome when you are new in the area.
