I never write bad reviews, i'm in business too, but the office manager here forced my hand to. I needed a new dentist, and I called this one up. The front desk woman answered, she asked me over the phone who is my dental insurance with. I told her, she didn't indicate it was an issue. I then goto my appointment, the same lady has me fill out new patient paperwork including a big section asking for my dental insurance. I then get seen, the hygenist was great, the dr was great. My 7 year old had her first cavity, and after having 2 unsuccessful experiences at the pediatric dental & them telling me my daughter needed to be sedated. Which I thought was unnecessary-I went for a second opinion.This office was willing to help us no sedation needed. The doctor fixed her cavity on first visit. He was very patient and explained everything to her. The price was affordable because my insurance doesn’t compensate for out of network. Totally worth it. And the doctor gave my daughter a free electric toothbrush.... read more
