They are absolutely amazing.
I saw Dr. Hatam at Blue Bell Periodontics for a consult for possible future periodontal treatment. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Nancy at the reception desk I felt that this was going to be a positive experience. Dr. Hatam was thorough, listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly, all with a very warm and caring manner. I left the appointment feeling confident that I made the right decision choosing this practice for my treatment.
The most kind, sensitive, professional experts who listen and fix everything dental so whatever has been a problem is solved! Never went to a doctor's office that was this wonderful and helpful.

Dr. Hatam was comforting and took time to hear the nature of my issue. She also addressed another issue I was having right on the spot. I have some extensive work to complete, and will be moving forward with her. Thank you Dr. Hatam and Staff.

Dr. Hatam and her staff were very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. She helped me feel at ease with her beautiful and pleasant attitude, as well as her humor. My regular dentist recommended a major and costly procedure, to which Dr. Hatam recommended something different that was less invasive, less expensive, and minor in nature. She's honestly THEE BEST! I highly recommend her.
From the greeting by Nance at Reception to the treatment chair, through the procedure, and back to Nancy for payment-EVERYONE IS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND CHARMING. Dr. Hatam and her Assistant, NEDA are efficient, courteous and kind. I would ONLY go to this office for advanced dental work.
I love that the paperwork is all electronic and handled before I arrive. I, also, really like that the appointment reminder arrives as an e-mail--not a phone call. I like that taking my temperature is as easy as walking up to a wall, rather than standing in close proximity to another person. I like that Nancy, the receptionist, always greets me when I arrive.
