Not friendly service. Rude.
Great band. Soundcake. Good food and wonderful staff.
This is a classic old venue right by the Newport Beach pier. The place is homey, has great drinks, and live.music. In addition to that, there are some really wonderful old photos on the wall. They are host to RedShift MusicWorks, et al and the food some bad either. nothing too fancy but what they do they do well!

Hanging around in early 60s. Best stroganoff on paper plates. Long intensive talks, hypnotizing each other, listening to guitar music, writing messages to friends on the bathroom walls. That was the real Blue Beet.
Soooo fun!! Don’t miss this. I’m old but it’s ok.

RecommendedMark Wood is why I travel from San Clemente on a week night, but only if he’s at the Beet!! The food is great, the ambiance is perfect and there’s even a roof top bar 💞
