WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HEARD OF, WE HAVEN'T HAD NO A/C SINCE DAY 1 AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 4 DAYS THAT WE'VE BEEN HUNTING THEM DOWN JUST TO GET BASIC MAINTENANCE!!
