I was beyond impressed with the service I had this evening! I have been driving for almost 15 years, been to many Blue Beacon locations all over the country (including this location before) but never have I had the service like I had today! I told the guy in charge of the wash what all I wanted done to my truck and trailer, pulled into the bay and went into the office to pay. Pulled in to get my truck washed and everything was just fine weather wise. Got the truck washed with no problems. They opened the door and I pulled out right into a dust storm! A wet black truck + dust storm = a truck that looks worse than it did before my $69 truck wash! Spoke with the manager and the best he would offer is a $15 minimum bay charge to rinse it off. It's 22:35 , on August -9-2026 . Just rolled out of your truck wash . A total dissapoinment . Thank God this was a gift . I wouldn't have wasted my own money here . Both fenders , and entire left side of sleeper weren't done . But they were wet . Been driving 50 plus years . One thing remains true Blue Beacon only gives you your moneysworth when they feel like it . My last time EVER at this location . Not beating myself up about it anymore .
