Meg has refused our requests for a full refund during COVID restrictions. We are unable to travel to the property and in fact it is illegal to do so according to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Guidelines. Instead of issuing a full refund they have decided to keep $US3100 - almost half the first deposit. This is appallingly unprofessional behaviour and possibly even criminal. I am writing this review as a warning to travellers who are considering booking with Blue Bay Real Estate to engage at their own risk.
