Had a wonderful experience here on 12/3 around 12 pm. We are from Louisiana and were in town visiting for a wedding. Blue Baker happened to be across the street from our hotel so we decided to give it a try. The food was delicious and there were so many options! All 6 of us were pleased. The cashier who checked us out was so friendly and welcoming, we really appreciated her (wish we got her name). 5 stars!!

I love the Blue Baker! I never have to wonder about the freshness of the ingredients used in their food. It is always fresh and they use top quality ingredients. The Club Bleu or the Grilled Indigo are my favorites for sandwiches, but the Powder Blue and Tejas Blue are also delicious. I love all of their soups, especially when in a homemade sourdough bread bowl! Perfect for a cold winter day. Yum!! And you can’t leave without having a made from scratch cookie!
