We got sandwiches & soup in a bread bowl & finished up with cookies. Everything was delicious. The staff was friendly & the restaurant is spacious & comfortable. I highly recommend eating at Blue Baker.
I had the BLT on Sourdough bread. It was so good....fresh, soft, flavorful bread, crisp/lean bacon and fresh veggies. I also took home a loaf of multi-grain bread. And the oatmeal raisin cookie was awesome as well.

If you’ve been to a Einstein’s then it’s the same. Trip Advisor said this was #2 in College Station. We like to try new local places on our road trips and decided to come here. I ordered the chorizo, egg, avocado and cheese sandwich on a wheat bagel. My wife got the bacon, egg and cheese. Mine had just a touch of avocado and the chorizo was a very small patty that wasn’t even the size of the bagel.
