Blue Apple properties has to be the worst I have ever dealt with!! Not recommended! Horrible customer service! Shelley Olsen should not have a job there! Shelley olsen gives minimal email responses does not call you back! I asked Shelley Olsen for an itemized receipt for a $400 bill that I got charged for and she could not provide one...Hmmm???
Terrible! If you are looking for an agency that will care about your property in your absence, Blue Apple is not the one.
Always very help full with the unit I rent. I can text Maria Sojo and get a person out with in the week. Dryer broke and she got it fixed in a day and replaced by the end of the week. She had been great with taking payment and helping with my property. Would Highly recommend this company to anyone.
Horrible....my property manager charged me a whole month without me even being ther. She said I had to give her 35 day notice that can land on any day but the end of a given month. She gave a 3 days to give her the notice. I didn't even move in on the day I was suppose to because it wasn't cleaned from the last tenants. Then she didn't even prorate that. I've been thinking of getting a lawyer. I have now been out of that place for over a month have not received my deposit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
