Connor and Shelley Olsen are absolutely atrocious to work with they're extremely negligent in replying to any Inquiries about a home, I was extremely interested in a home I inquired about for several weeks with no response and finally when I got a response someone else was in the process of applying for the home Conner clearly lacks communication skills and has bad customer service........... Shelley gets easily offended when she has to do her job dont be surprised if she leads you on, wasting your time and money do yourself a favor and look at other realty agencies in the area they have better selections of rentals and people that actually respond to your Interests in a property. Could you imagine asking this place to maintain your rental when they dont even want to be bothered helping you rent from them in the first place they're the worst
Absolute WORST Company I've ever had the opportunity of dealing with Shelley is terrible at returning phone calls she had a attitude and was very rude when asking about the home I was interested in when I gave her a little attitude back she no longer felt comfortable to work with me and quit responding to my emails completely I feel like she could've been more professional

SHELLY is the WORST! One moment she stated we had the home, then next moment she told us to stop emailing her. All of that was due to her impatience, not wanting to wait for paperwork. We tried to pay the holding fee, even the deposit so we could have the home. When we told her we would pay those fees she said in most cases that would work but all of a sudden it doesn’t work for us! How inconsiderate of her, selfish and impatient.
