SHELLY is the WORST! One moment she stated we had the home, then next moment she told us to stop emailing her. All of that was due to her impatience, not wanting to wait for paperwork. We tried to pay the holding fee, even the deposit so we could have the home. When we told her we would pay those fees she said in most cases that would work but all of a sudden it doesn’t work for us! How inconsiderate of her, selfish and impatient. I am a little offended on how Shelly handled herself in my situation. She lacks empathy and compassion. First she said she would work with me and then she emails me today with she doesn’t feel like it’s going to work out and all this and that. She made it like I did something to her. One person said one thing and then she said something different. Will not recommend this property management company to anyone.
I love this place. Shelly is amazing if I move i hope i move to where they manage as well. They make other property managera look horrible.
Really miss this managment group. Shelly was awesome and so responsive. Renting at another location unfortunetly and having a horrible expirence with their managment. Really makes me appreciate everything Shelly did for us.
We only recently moved in, but this company has been wonderful so far. They are very communicative, have been helpful and timely to all of our questions, and we were just able to submit a maintenance request, get someone out here, and get it fixed in under 2 hours. I highly recommend this company if you are able to rent from them!
