Very unprofessional wanted a brake down of labor cost sent to my email since they wanted over $2,000 plus on labor only since parts were under warranty.(unit is only 2years old and installed by Christianson) They didn’t send any brake down saying the price is the price, wouldn’t return phone calls found two screws to the unit missing also a damaged brace that holds the drain tube told me I can get them at Home Depot
Christianson installed the HVAC in our brand new home 6 months ago and it has already failed once. Now we have been dealing with overwhelming humidity inside of our home for the past two weeks that won’t go away despite them coming out twice now. They are trying to blame the builder for the problem, and the customer service we are receiving is absolutely awful. Rude, condescending and downright indifferent to our problem. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
We scheduled a maintenance visit earlier this week for our heat pump in Austin, TX. The technician showed up in the morning and started with a complete system check. He inspected electrical connections, cleaned the outdoor coil and tested the thermostat. During the inspection he found a loose wire and secured it before it caused bigger problems. Had the crew out last week because the airflow in a few rooms felt weak. They arrived around 2pm and inspected the ductwork and blower motor. One of the technicians noticed buildup around the blower assembly. After cleaning and adjusting it the airflow improved quite a bit. The repair visit took about an hour and they tested the system before leaving. The guys were respectful of the house and wore shoe covers. I’m happy with the results and the home feels cooler again.
