My husband and I have been happy Blue Agave diners since 1995, the year after BA opened. We didn't think it was possible for Chef George and his kitchen team to step up their fare -- always flavorful and delicious -- to another level, but he and the crew did so this afternoon with the classic West Texas combination. That stunning green sauce on the carnitas enchilada ought to be sold by the bottle! <3

Blue Agave is one of the few restaurants that accommodates Celiac Disease and Gluten Intolerance. The food is amazing and really all you have to do is choose corn tortillas instead of flour. They have family that requires gluten free food, so the staff is aware of dietary restrictions. The servers are happy and helpful. The flourless chocolate cake is a must!!
