Returned to store with a concern about earrings purchased earlier. Salesperson was supportive but manager was very dismissive and abruptly moved onto another customer. I would caution anyone who believes in polite and sophisticated customer service to shop at this location.
I visited the store to purchase a very special Christmas gift. The sales associate Olivia was exceptional. Not only was she patient in showing me all of the options, but she was extremely knowledgeable and so kind. Thank you Olivia!
I purchased the Kindred line as gifts for coworkers. The staff are very helpful, the product high quality and I love the personal messaging dedicated to each product line. A great experience.
