If I could give them 10 stars I would! I ordered the "a deep love" band for my wedding band about 6 weeks before my wedding, cutting it a little close, but should be able to get it on time. Clasp on my bracelet was defective - I owned it for 2 weeks and the clasp stopped working so they replaced it. The replacement also must have been defective because I woke up one morning and it was no longer on my wrist. Store refused to do anything about it. Very disappointing $200 on a bracelet.
I purchased a necklace a year ago and it has since broken twice in the same place. I went in to get the 2nd repair- I was hoping this time it would be on the house, considering that it's fine jewelry and it should be made to last at the price point I bought it for. The lady working there handed me off to another lady from corporate, and talking to her really ruined my day. Friendly staff and some interesting pieces. Prices are reasonable with the caveat that you inspect the piece you purchase. A lot of the diamond pavé pieces have irregularly sized/cut diamonds which are hard to notice at a glance (you need to inspect each diamond more carefully). Worth checking out - their other standard precious metal pieces (or pieces with larger single gems) should be safer to purchase (still do your due diligence in inspecting the product upon purchase).
