I am very sad with the customer service at this place. I’ve always wanted to purchase something from here and was so excited to finally get something for my wedding. My wedding band. Not even 4 years into purchasing my wedding band from here a diamond fell out, another diamond is chipped and 3 others are cracked. I took it in to get fixed and they said that specific designer wasn’t working with them any longer so they wouldn’t fix it, I would’ve had to pay another $1300 to get it fixed!! I used to love the bluboho jewelry and love the style of their items. Recently I have had three pieces that my husband purchased for me that have lost a stone or gem or broken altogether. I even had a chain link on a bracelet that broke within 48 hours of receiving it. Every time we reach out to the store to help with repairs, we get a lot of push back and it ends up being very expensive. I don’t think the quality is the same as it used to be and I won’t be repurchasing anything else from this brand.

I’ve purchased several items from Blu Boho and generally loved their aesthetic, but I’ve had ongoing issues with the quality of their more mid range pieces. The gems have fallen out of my two most costly rings — a sapphire ring and a semi-circle gemstone ring (pictured). The sapphire ring actually lost its stone once before, and Blu Boho repaired it at that time. However, it has now happened again. The girls have always been lovely working inside the store. I got a ring engraved. Got a text that it was ready for pick up the website and Google says that they’re open till seven. I arrive right at 6 o’clock and a girl motions inside that they’re not open so a little frustratedI travelled a half hour across town for no reason.

Today July 31,2025 I went to this store at 10:30am. I asked the old man there if he could re-thread some broken pearls and jade beads. He says that I have to buy strings and each will cost $15, I thought that was a bit much so I asked if he could do each for $10...well he got down right rude told me to go elsewhere first time in this damn store so I went across to Hi beads which was a very good decision. She was patient and kind and she charged $8:00 each for all 5 items. Bling is ripping you off. Same work for less. Disgust... read more
