Today July 31,2025 I went to this store at 10:30am. I asked the old man there if he could re-thread some broken pearls and jade beads. He says that I have to buy strings and each will cost $15, I thought that was a bit much so I asked if he could do each for $10...well he got down right rude told me to go elsewhere first time in this damn store so I went across to Hi beads which was a very good decision. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I ordered the "a deep love" band for my wedding band about 6 weeks before my wedding, cutting it a little close, but should be able to get it on time. Well I was clearly overwhelmed with wedding planning because I ordered the wrong size! By the time I realized, it was only 5 weeks before the wedding. My husbend and I visited the store. The design is beautiful — simple, comfortable, and absolutely charming! I purchased a necklace, and the sales associate seemed genuinely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I’m so excited to wear my new piece. wonderful shopping experience!
Clasp on my bracelet was defective - I owned it for 2 weeks and the clasp stopped working so they replaced it. The replacement also must have been defective because I woke up one morning and it was no longer on my wrist. Store refused to do anything about it. Very disappointing $200 on a bracelet.
I purchased a necklace a year ago and it has since broken twice in the same place. I went in to get the 2nd repair- I was hoping this time it would be on the house, considering that it's fine jewelry and it should be made to last at the price point I bought it for. The lady working there handed me off to another lady from corporate, and talking to her really ruined my day.
