Adding to this now that the typical, defensive and obligatory response has been recorded from the store. Regardless of how long it's been, the pieces in question were worn just a few times a year. Who knew that it's supposed to have a short lifespan according to Bluboho. Apparently that's just ok. I doubt gold earrings are supposed to have such a thing as an expiration date. I don’t normally write negative reviews - but wow what a terrible experience I’ve had. I was prepared to spend $500-$1000 on a ring to honour the 1 yr anniversary of my father’s passing, and decided I wanted it to be something spiritually meaningful. I bought the first snake ring that’s pictured and it snapped right away after only a couple wears. Due to the style I figured it was a one off. I sent it back and was given store credit. Update (Aug 2025): my husband bought me a bracelet here in Dec 2024 as a gift. Three months later the clasp broke. They charged me $50 to replace the clasp. Don’t shop here. The stuff breaks, Bluboho doesn’t stand behind it, and you end up feeling ripped off. Original post: I've purchased a few things from here and been happy, but this time I was not. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I have to say that I'm appalled at the treatment I received when I made my first purchase this past Saturday. I wanted to do something special for my mother-in-law, but I didn't foresee the necklace I bought, with 5 gems representing her grandchildren, her not working out. Nothing is sold in the store with tags but when you purchase them they put tags on. Which is weird in itself.
