Friendly staff, no rushing or pushy agents trying to close for a commission. Maybe less experienced or polished than other, larger agencies, but personality, dedication, and customer service must count for something! We had a good experience here.
First, I tried to get information on their website to avoid inconveniencing an agent with a simple question. In order to do that, however, I had to give my email address and from there my inbox received several emails at one time which was really irritating.
