This place is lovely, quiet and clean. All my appliances are in working order and a quick and easy moving process. Thanks to Alex and Maniah, they’re professionalism and and kindness is very greatly appreciated
I just want to write this about the maintenance staff. I have lived at a few different locations and the maintenance was either half ass, sloppy or they get to it when they get to it. This was the opposite I had 4-5 maintenance requests that I had to submit. And they responded immediately and completed them all same day right away. They were very clean and neat about it as well. So I want to thank them very much and there work is very appreciated. - Thomas J
I move a mounth ago and to move here with out Maniah and Alex help I couldn’t do it, they help totally with the application process and lot more information, also a litte issue with the ac maintenance they assist me and help also, been so helpful the whole staff. Thank you
I lived there 2 years and I really enjoyed it. The amenities are great and Alex and Maniah we’re very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a problem, it didn’t take long for maintenance to fix it. thank you all for a great living experience.
I've been living at Blu for about 5 months now and its been such a great experience! Maniah from leasing has been so kind and such a great help from move-in to all the random questions I have. No place is perfect but this is definitely is the best bang for your buck for apartment living in Fort Lauderdale.
