Ray at Blu Dot is the absolute best. We lost our house on the Palisades fire and she was so helpful in helping us pick out items after we lost everything. She is super responsive and has a great design eye. I highly recommend working with Ray and Blu Dot!
Went furniture shopping in the area and stopped in Blu Dot to look at options. The store layout is very bright and the lighting helps with the modern take on the designs. The experience was amazing and I have to note the young lady Raymanda was such a pleasure to work with . Not only was she welcoming and polite , she was very knowledgeable about the products in-store. My overall experience with Blu Dot (West Hollywood) was an amazing experience. I work with Raymanda and she provided excellent customer service. We had a discussion about the pieces that I wanted and she came up with options that really fit my overall design plan. She listened and didn’t try to pressure me into a purchase. She was professional and straight forward. I would recommend Blu Dot and Raymanda to anyone looking to furnish their home.
Great initial experience -- after trying half a dozen other stores in the area BluDot had the best quality and comfiest options by far! Unfortunately, trying to replace one of the cushions a couple years later has been a bad time, repeatedly asking for several months. Sounds like the store is doing what they can, but just not getting pricing info from the factory, which IMO should be a 1-day turnaround for a modern company.
