RecommendedScheduling is super easy. The salon is always extremely clean. The products they use make my hair feel like silk. Ainara is extremely talented and always makes my hair look beautiful.
I saw Nicole there to get a balayage. It was my first time there I loved the space it was super cute and relaxing. Nicole made sure we were both on the same page with things and told me what she was doing and why. She was really nice and personable. All staff were very nice and welcoming. Blu Salon has a lovely, welcoming, spa-like vibe. Fabulous customer service with a personal touch. I noticed lots of special, small details to create a pampering environment- like a warm towel after your shampoo or the deliciously scented hand soap and lotions in rest room. As a hair color virgin, I was very grateful for the expert advice & care I received while getting my first color treatment. Love that this salon uses cruelty-free and ammonia-free products.
A week before my appt I sent Ainara Moulier-Kosack a pic of a total color transformation that I was thinking about...when I got there, we chatted for a while about the color and I absolutely LOVE the color I left with (I always do!) She also recommended two EVO products which I just used and they smell amazing. I highly recommend Blu Boutique and a special shout out to Ainara :)
Loved the clean atmosphere. My stylist, Courtney talked me through everything while styling my hair. It exceeded my expectations! I’m still so in love with my new hair and can’t wait to go back!
