Brian- Just wanted to tell you how thankful I am that you talked me into storm windows instead of just screens. First of all. BLT Inc. recently installed solar screens on our home. The screens look wonderful and our service was wonderful! This day and time it's hard to find a good contractor that does what they say in a timely manner but, BLT Inc. does.
We just had our covered patio enclosed by BLT. He was quick to answer all my questions, the construction only took a half a day, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
Brian Allen is a man of his word. I dealt with contractors that say a lot but their work is terrible. BLT came through, their work is superior. The installers were very professional and courteous. Brain came out to my home and gave me a fair estimate and answered all my questions. The screen porch took one day to finish and it is great.
Just had BLT do some repair work on my screen porch and not only was it professionally done, the BLT repairman was very professional and courteous. I would recommend BLT for any screen work.(including building screen porches, etc)
Our builder highly recommended BLT for screening in our patio. They came out and did measurements and later in the day shot us an e-mail with a figure for the cost. One week later the crew was out here. They arrived when they said they would. Very polite, clean, neat and efficient. The crew worked diligently, no messing around and took very few breaks. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone that is looking to do some home improvements.
We had a screen porch installed by BLT Inc. in Lake Forest subdivision, by our homebuilder. BLT installed the screen porch. We were having problems with the screens becoming loose, due to the April tornadoes. Even though it was past the 1 year labor warranty, BLT provided. They came out and replaced all of the spline material that holds the screen in place. They did not charge us a dime! Great company and great people.
